The system page allows you to configure a number global settings. Note all of the settings are required.

From Email

The email address used when sending emails from HMB

BSB

optional

Your bank account BSB number used when printing payment details on invoices etc.

Account number

Address Line 1/2 Suburb/State

Your business address printed on invoices etc.

Mobile Number (Cell)

You contact number.

Landline

optional

You business fixed line phone number.

Office Number

You business phone number.

Notice/Backup Email Address

strongly recommended

The email address to send backups to and any notifications from the app (none currently).

Web URL

optional

The web address of your business - used on invoices etc.

Terms URL

optional

The web address of your terms of service - used on invoices etc.

Default Hourly Rate

optional

The rate ($) per hour that you charge for work.

Used when creating new Jobs unless you have set a default hourly rate on the Customer.

Default Booking Fee

optional

The charge ($) you apply when a customer makes a booking for a Job. This is sometimes referred to as a callout fee.

Xero Client ID

optional

Required if you are using the xero integration.

Note: this is currently NOT stored securely which is a security risk. If someone gains access to your phone or a backup of the HMB database then they could use this to gain access to your xero account.

Xero Client Secret

optional

Required if you are using the xero integration.

Sim Card

optional

If your phone has multiple SIM cards then you can use this to select which SIM card phone calls and text messages are sent from.
