HMB has a global shopping list. This is a list of items that you need to purchase to complete a Job.
You add Items to your shopping list by adding items in a Task's checklist and marking them as 'Materials - buy' or 'Tools - buy'.
The shopping list will show items for all Active jobs unless you select on of the filter options.
Once you have purchase an Item you can mark it as complete by clicking the 'Tick' icon. You then have the opportunity to enter the cost and quantity of items purchased - the cost will be added to the invoice for Time and Materials jobs.
Marking an item as complete is important as:
the item will be removed from your shopping list.
when you next raise an invoice for the (Time and Materials) Job the item is associated with it will appear on the invoice.
